Instructor
Amy is a faculty member at Blind Tiger Comedy, where she leads improv workshops for adults. Classes range from beginner to self-directed senior projects.
She is also a Lead Artist for Arts + Health: Healthy Aging Through the Arts, where she leads an ensemble of older adults in a weekly improv practice.
Amy has been leading workshops for youth since 2005. She has coached teams annually for Rapid Fire Theatre’s Wildfire Festival, which is composed of a Theatresports tournament, as well as a Canadian Improv Games competition. She is passionate about creating cohesive, balanced teams, and giving young improvisors the confidence to succeed on stage.
She has also taught workshops for drama classes, after-school drama groups, and for teachers wanting to integrate more arts exercises into their classes.
